eCodicology is a dragon with four heads:
Hannah Busch studied German-Italian Studies in Bonn and Florence and Textual Scholarship in Berlin. Since 2013 she is a Research Assistant at the Trier Center for Digital Humanities.
Philipp Vanscheidt studied Comparative Literatur, History, Philosophy and Textual Scholarship in Constance, Bielefeld and Berlin. He is a Research Assistant at the Trier Center for Digital Humanities and the Department of Linguistics and Literary Studies of the Technical University Darmstadt and works for the projects “TextGrid” and “eCodicology”.
Swati Chandna studied Computer Science. Since 2013 she is a researcher at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT). Her research interests are digital image processing, pattern recognition, software engineering and algorithms for processing large scale data.
Since 2013 we are part of the project “eCodicology – Algorithms for the Automatic Tagging of Medieval Manuscripts”, a joined research project taking place at Darmstadt, Trier and Karlsruhe and founded by the BMBF. http://www.ecodicology.org
